Introduction
ICTPA has held annual conference for 23 consecutive years. Our annual events were broadly attended
by transportation leaders and professionals from North America and Asia.
In the past years, we have hosted our annual conferences in Hong Kong, Macau, Los Angeles, Nanjing,
New York, and Taiwan. The 24th annual conference returns to Los Angeles.

NACGEA was inaugurated in January 2009 and has successfully hosted 6 consecutive
geotechnical workshops in the USA. Many members in ICTPA are clients, partners or colleagues of
NACGEA’s members. The conference will accept qualified technical papers for special ISSN online
journal publications. Oral presentation of transportation projects without a paper will also be
accepted for various sessions, and will be reported in the ICTPA or NACGEA website for the USA and
Worldwide access. The conference will provide "excellent paper" awards, student paper
awards and "excellent presentation" awards.
