(3) Wire Transfer (for international attendees only): A service fee of $9 (collected by the bank) in
addition to the registration fee must be included in your wire transfer (Total amount to be wired = your

Registration Cancellation Policy:
Registration cancellations must be submitted to the conference organization committee in writing by April 20,
2011 to receive a refund, less a $50 processing fee. All refunds are processed after the Conference.
Refunds will not be granted for requests received after April 20, 2011.

  • Hotel reservation with discounted price cannot be made until your conference registration is complete!
