Introduction
The International Chinese Transportation Professionals Association (ICTPA) is organized by

transportation field. It has a very good tradition of holding an annual meeting for 23 consecutive years.
The association also holds a conference on Asia Pacific Transportation Development every two years.
These activities are broadly attended by transportation professionals throughout the world. The 2010
ICTPA annual meeting and the 8th Asia Pacific Transportation Development Conference will be hosted
by Tainan University of Technology, Taiwan. Conference themes will focus on, but are not limited to,

Taiwan, the City of the South, welcomes you to experience the history of Tainan!!
