The Florida Chapter continues to promote professional
development of its members and friends. We hosted the
2nd Annual Meeting on January 16, 2011 in Tampa with
a total of 36 participants including 6 graduate students.
During the morning session, President Dr. Pei-Sung Lin
gave an update of chapter activities and the vision for
the Chapter.
Then, Dr. Yu Zhang from University of South Florida
gave a technical presentation, “A New Access Density
Definition and Its Correlation with Crash Rate”. All
participants got together to have their lunches
and social networking at the Fushia Asian Bistro.
In the afternoon session, an invited speaker, Ms. Sunny
Duann talked about how to balance between work and
life.She shared her experience and showed her
participated activities. A discussion was followed and
everyone actively participated with respect to their own
experiences and views.

Ping represented Florida Chapter during the ICTPA

in ICTPA Board of Director meeting, facilitate technical
