TRB Activity Report
NACOTA/WCTA (DC Chapter) Joint Symposium
A joint Symposium was held on Jan. 10, 2010 (Sunday) and over 200 people attended.
After the meeting our board members and officers met with Southeast University,
Chinghua University and Beijing University of Technology. Many scholars have promised
to attend our Tainan conference in May. Southeast University (our 2008 conference
host) will keep their promise to become one of ICTPA Chapter in Mainland China.
Negotiation will be continued. We will report details and progress later.
Meeting with ITE
ICTPA Board members had a successful meeting with ITE Board members on Tuesday
(1/12). ITE has agreed to be our co-organizer for our Tainan conference and other
joined ventures in the future. Attached please see an ICTPA/ITE joined announcement
(1/4 page size that I sent to ITE Journal yesterday), which will be published in the ITE
February Issue soon. We will also meet next year during TRB.
